Für den häufigen Transport und um Resonanzen zu vermeiden ist es vorteilhaft, für das Gehäuse Multiplex mit
einer Stärke von 22 mm zu verwenden. Dadurch steckt das Gehäuse
auch heftige Stöße problemlos weg.
Als Oberfläche bietet sich
kratzfester Strukturlack oder eine Beklebung mit Teppichbodenbelag an.
In der
Zeichnung wurde die Anschlussdose ST 77
vorgesehen. Professioneller ist jedoch eine Anschlussplatte mit
Speakon-Buchsen. Selbstverständlich sind Tragegriffe in den Seitenwänden
oder Rollen bei häufigen
Transporten unverzichtbar. Die Schallwand
ist 50 mm zurückversetzt, um den Lautsprecher zu schützen.
Zusätzlich
kann der Tieftöner noch mit einem Gitter versehen werden (das Gitter wie
auch das erwähnte
Zubehör ist im Musiker- oder Versandhandel
erhältlich).
